Insurance Billing
The Well Woman Functional Medicine is a cash‑based practice. We do not bill private insurance companies directly. If you have a private commercial insurance policy, we are happy to provide you with a superbill (an itemized medical receipt) that you may submit to your carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement or FSA/HSA processing.
Please note that there is no guarantee that any Functional Medicine services or advanced functional lab testing will be covered or reimbursed by your specific commercial insurance plan.

Because our medical provider maintains an active primary care role in the traditional healthcare system, federal regulations strictly prohibit us from accepting cash payments, executing private contracts, or providing care to individuals enrolled in or eligible for Medicare. All new patient requests are manually screened. Any bookings made by Medicare beneficiaries will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
